Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photos or videos showing the problem. Once we review your request, we will offer the most appropriate solution, which may include:

• A full refund without requiring you to return the item.
• A replacement item sent at no additional cost.
• A partial refund if the issue does not affect the full use of the product.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are shipped internationally, returning an item may sometimes be more expensive than the product itself. For this reason, we may provide a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

If a return is required, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Change of mind / unwanted items

If you change your mind or no longer want your order, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been approved, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
